1. If you have added Mods to your games configuration file, make sure the server has downloaded them. You can check your Mods folder to see. 2. If you have uploaded a Save from another host, make sure the mods you had with that host are in the Mods directory and that the config file has the Mods as well.
All of the 3 mentioned must match.
If the mod is in the servers config, the game will download them. Be aware that the remote host is slow and mods take a while to download. You can check the download progress by FTP to your Mods folder and they will appear. If not you can always upload them.
During that time your server will display 0/0 Slots avaliable. When the server is ready you will see 0/XX Slots avaliable.
