1. Click Edit Config File and backup your config.
2. Goto Management Actions > Upgrade / Downgrade Options.
3. Tick Develop Branch
4. Return to Services > View Details. Click Update
5. Click Update
When done, shutdown your server.
Click Edit Server Config and restore your old config you backed up in step 1.
Remove the line....

Edit the Line......

to

<property name="EnemySpawnMode"value="true" />
Save and Restart.
